Welcome to Belhaven, North Carolina!

Spend four nights at a charming local cottage during the classroom and day sail portion of the curriculum, then experience the true sailing lifestyle with an overnight adventure on a 38-foot Lagoon 380 catamaran.

Your exciting get-away week includes:

• A welcome dinner to meet your crew and fellow students
• Deluxe onshore lodging – within walking distance of the marina – for four nights
• Five hearty breakfasts and four lunches
• Three delicious dinners (that leaves two free nights–one to sample Belhaven cuisine and another at our destination during the sail)
• A private 2-person cabin on the catamaran for an overnight sail
• All instructional materials and testing fees

Itinerary:

• Sunday – Arrival and welcome dinner
• Monday – Classroom instruction and day sail (breakfast and lunch included)
• Tuesday – Classroom instruction and day sail (breakfast, lunch and dinner included)
• Wednesday – Set sail for 2-day excursion with onboard instruction (dinner meal on shore at the destination port)
• Thursday – Return to Belhaven and complete all practical exams (breakfast, lunch and dinner included)
• Friday – Take ASA certification exams in the morning and receive your logbooks (breakfast included). All testing and instruction complete by noon unless weather has impacted the week.
